Older Territorians Coming soon
Aged Care
We're preparing practical, low-cost support for older people and their families in the Northern Territory. Register your interest and we'll let you know when our services open.
What we're planning
Our aged care service is not available yet. We're planning a small range of practical, low-cost supports for older Territorians and their families, starting with services that don't rely on government aged care funding.
Planned private (self-funded) services
These are services people pay for themselves. They are not government-funded aged care services.
Help understanding My Aged Care
Plain-language help to understand how My Aged Care works, prepare for an assessment and work out questions to ask.
Companionship and social visits
Friendly visits and outings to help people stay connected with their community.
Help getting out and about
Support to attend appointments, go shopping or run errands.
Help around the home
Light household tasks to help people stay comfortable and independent at home.
Government-funded services in the future
In future, we may also apply to offer government-funded home and community services (such as domestic assistance, meals, transport, home maintenance, and social support and community engagement). Under the Aged Care Act 2024, providers of government-funded aged care services must be registered with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.
Please note: LeadWise Connect is not currently a registered aged care provider and does not deliver government-funded aged care services. Planned services and timing may change.
